I find that I am also not sleeping well. Seem to be not so tired before I go to sleep. Usually fall asleep quite fast but last night stayed awake much longer and then tossed and turned all night. My mind seems to be racing more since I started this plan. I do feel so much more “awake,” whatever that means. I do not have nightmares. Maybe it is the old toxins coming out of your body through those dreams. Interesting.
