I finished off my left overs of vegetables and rice. It was very good. Now, I have to think of a meal that will use up my broccoli and zucchini because I want to use them tomorrow. It was an easy day and no hunger pains.
I really do not miss the meat, cheese or milk related products. But, I do miss the sugar products. I keep thinking about the negative effects they have on my system and then the desire goes away for a time. I just have to keep focused on these 21 days and not give up on my goals.
