Homemade Humus

I did make my first humus out of a can of soy beans, Tahini sauce, garlic and a touch of salt.  I just used my immersion blender to make it.  It was delicious with my carrots, celery and green peppers and that is all I had for lunch.   Now, I will go and have my herbal tea.  Which one should I have?  I think the lemon ginger sounds just right.

    Put some lemon juice in that hummus and it will be eaten better!

    Try Edamame humus. It’s very good and the same recipe as the chickpea style, but with edamame beans instead.
