I feel much better today. I had my morning green tea and oatmeal and then at lunch made a big salad.
Here is my salad recipe.
1 1/2 tbl of olive oil
1 1/2 tbl of tahini sauce
half a lemon
cut 1 tomato, slice 6 inch English cucumber, cut 1 green onion, slice 3 large mushrooms, add crushed garlic and chop 6 Romaine lettuce leaves.
I added ground seseme seeds, dill and a touch of salt.
Mix it all together.
Makes 2 servings
