How would you know which substances make the pains in the bones? Also, could it be the combination of what we are eating? The chemicals of vegetables, legumes and fruits release specific chemicals into our bodies, so it would be almost impossible to know which past ingredient caused the pain when we go off this plan.
I feel great. I just finished my carrot, cucumber, ginger and apple juice. I am letting my mixed dried beans soak and will save all of the discarded pulp to add to my bean dish. It is great because I don’t have to grate the vegetables, the juicer does it for me.
