I planned the food items all day today. I did have my chia dessert last night and had some today after lunch. It really was good. For lunch I had some homemade hummus and vegetables. Then around 1 PM I put on all of the ingredients for the soup. It was ready for supper so I had soup first and then after an hour made the salad and had that. It really was delicious. So, in a while I will have my chia dessert.
I will be weighing myself tomorrow and I hope I lost a pound or two.
