Tonight for supper I had my left over sweet potato soup and a big spinach salad. It was very good. I am not stuffed. So, tomorrow, I will eat the Quinoa which is ready for my evening supper. I also froze beans in a sauce and will add them to the quinoa as well as sweet potato. So, all is ready for tomorrow. I am having friends over for supper and will make them fish as their side dish to go with the sweet potato and a salad.
