Ok, no wheat products.

I have been talking to Lisa and listening to Brenda and both see gluten as the cause of many ailments, such as arthritic pains in the bones, stomach upsets, etc.  I also have read a lot of websites that also confirm this.  The other issue is the potential high sugar content in many wheat products and may cause a spike in the blood and then addictive issues to want to eat more bread.

They say,  “If it works then don’t fix it.”  This plan is working so why change it? So, no gluten laden products for me for a while.
