CONGRATULATIONS ON WEEK 1!!!! New goals for week 2?

A big congratulations to all of us on finishing week 1!  We all sound like we are doing well and keeping positive.  I lost 3 pounds this week so I’m pretty pleased with that.  I was going to reward myself for all my hard work with a massage given by my husband…but, that fell through with the usual argument about whose back hurts more.   Amazing how husbands only complain of back pain when we ask for a massage.

Is anyone doing anything new this week to up the ante?  My goal is to sit at meditation for 20 minutes by the end of the week, and washcloth body scrub every morning in the shower.  Get rid of those toxins!

Like husband said, the motivation is unreal.  For Shawn anyway, I think this ties closely with Spring and return of the light, but there is definitely more to it than that.  I want to be on the go all the time.  I rarely use the internet (for none blogging purposes) more than 30 minutes then I want to find something productive to do.  Last week, a lot of that productivity was cooking/blogging, mixed in with child chasing and toilet scrubbing.  I wonder how I’ll fare on this cleanse (lifestyle???) once the novelty of cooking a new style of food wears off.
